He elaborated on the multiple advantages of all-electrode large cylindrical batteries: high safety, good thermal stability, avoiding the risks of dust and burrs caused by cutting in the process, thus enhancing reliability; low manufacturing cost, with the investment and processing cost per GWh being superior to that of square batteries; high yield rate, with the yield rate of the third-generation product line exceeding 98%, and it can also meet the long-life requirement of 10 years and 250,000 kilometers, maintaining performance even at -40℃ low temperature. In terms of application, this battery has been adapted to multiple passenger vehicles and is widely expanding in scenarios such as light vehicles, start-stop power sources, and home energy storage, with the system integration cost being 5% – 8% lower than that of square batteries, and the system being more stable.
