High-purity alumina 99.99% grinding balls are special grinding media made from 4N-grade α-alumina with a purity of ≥99.99%. The manufacturing process involves batching, shaping, and high-temperature sintering (at 1600-1700℃). Their properties center around “high purity, high hardness, low contamination, and high stability,” making them suitable for precision grinding scenarios.
Application
Suitable for chemical, ceramic, electronic materials, magnetic materials, special cement, paint, medicine, coatings, refractory materials, mining and other industries of grinding and catalytic support.

4. Energy conservation and environmental protection
The density of alumina is 2/3 of that of zirconia, and the filling weight only needs to reach 2/3, which can reduce the electricity consumption during grinding and achieve energy saving and environmental protection.
